I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a charming area. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with attentive and discreet staff who made me feel right at home. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely bar/lounge area and a refreshing swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable and welcoming - good breakfast with cooked option if you wished. If a bit warmer there was a small swimming pool outside. Lovely old town with good restaurants. Want to go back again!

From the moment you arrive at Posada De Lluc, you are made to feel special. We stayed in the room on the ground floor and it was so peaceful. Its decor was excellent and the bathroom was both modern and stylish. The patron was very helpful. We thought that the pool and outside seating area was a hidden gem. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others, and would also like to think we would revisit.

This is a very peaceful hotel, close by to the town facilities. It was lovely to see original furniture, traditional breakfast. Not ideal for really young children.
Our bed was very hard and felt quite uncomfortable. Free tea and coffee was very nice during the day, although would have been nice in proper cups. Also, on returning from an evening out, we felt it would have been nice to sit outside by the pool with a drink/read, rather than go up to the room. The sitting room was very nice but too hot to sit and relax in.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, the hotel offers a prime location to explore the area. Guests will also have access to a variety of restaurants just a short stroll away. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms well-appointed with modern fixtures. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast provided each morning.
The pool area is small and not well-maintained, with oily residue coating the pool surface.

The Hotel has a character and charm which greets the guest on entering Reception. The interior finishes and furnishings are high quality and the staff are effecient and helpful. The air conditioning works well in the public areas and in the bedrooms which was very important when we stayed there with daytime temperatures exceeding 32 dg C.The pool in the courtyard is clean and adequate for the 8 letting rooms and there is sufficient shade for those guests wishing to escape the direct sunlight.A Romantic Posada in the beautiful town of Pollensa!!
The Hotel exceeded our expectations

Stayed here for 4 nights in August recently - the hotel is really nice and is of a rustic character with a fantastic location. The rooms really nice - I had the best room with a terrace overlooking the mountains. The outside was very pleasant and very peaceful so great for a relaxing stay..
The only negative comment is about the manager who seemed to sigh whenever I asked for something e.g. some fresh milk for the tea which is complimentary. The manager does not show open welcome and some things seem a lot of trouble. That being said I enjoyed the holiday and would recommend it to other people. Just dont expect a lot on the hospitality side

Great location, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Friendly and welcoming staff.- Beautifully decorated hotel with a lovely character.
Noisy street-facing rooms. Ineffective air conditioning, making the room hot and uncomfortable.

Location and the lovely building
The management of the hotel and its customer offering falls well below the standard we would have expected. It has all the right attributes but the manager in charge is willing but unprofessional .The potential for a better consumer experience is there in the building and its facilities but the delivery is simply not there. They seriously need to employ an experienced manager to run the place and better communicate with the guests. Some of our experiences bordered on the farcical and we were able to laugh at the them and ineptitude of the manager. What a waste of a beautiful location and building.
